Juliana Anjos

Juliana Anjos currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Latin America region at PERI, a role held since October 2019, and has been recognized as a Compliance Officer for PERI Brasil since July 2020. Juliana has spearheaded numerous HR initiatives, including the development of leadership programs, performance evaluation cycles, and strategic HR policies. Prior experience includes HR Manager and Coordinator roles at Felsberg Advogados and CH2M HILL, and earlier positions focused on talent management at Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados and a HR internship at Atento. Juliana holds advanced degrees in business administration and organizational psychology, complemented by professional coaching certification.
