Romay Santiago

Romay Santiago is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic project management and sales within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Global Strategic Projects Manager at PERI since September 2018, Romay identifies potential strategic projects and oversees contract negotiations. Previously held positions include Sales Manager for Spain & Portugal and Project Manager for Southern & Western Europe at PERI, where responsibilities included sales strategy development, performance monitoring, and managing complex projects. Prior to these roles, Romay gained valuable experience as Sales Manager for Western USA at PERI USA, and held multiple positions including Senior Sales Manager and Lead Engineer at PERI, where Romay contributed to business development and project execution in various regions. Romay holds degrees in Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, a Technical Inspector for Building Structures, an MBA in General Management, and a Master's Degree in Health and Safety.
