Kristen van Laren

Kristen van Laren is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in demand generation and strategic marketing across various industries. As the Head of Marketing at Peridio since November 2024, Kristen oversees marketing initiatives for a company specializing in software update solutions for IoT and embedded systems. Previously, Kristen held roles at Very as Director of Demand Generation and at SmartBug Media as Director of Marketing Strategy, leading teams to execute high-impact growth initiatives and demand generation programs. Earlier career experiences include positions at Bridgeline and ECI, as well as freelance work in digital marketing strategy. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social & Political History from Queen's University and a Graduate Certificate in Interactive Marketing Communications from St. Lawrence College.
