Grant Taylor

Grant Taylor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and recruitment, currently serving as a Technical Coach and U15 JPL Team Lead at Capital Girls Elite Development since May 2025. As the Founder and Chief Executive of Peridot Partners, established in 2009, Grant focuses on providing recruitment services for purpose-driven organizations. In addition to executive roles, Grant has held significant positions on various boards, including Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Getting On Board and Trustee at The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and Working Families, contributing to initiatives aimed at supporting work-life balance and child health. Educationally, Grant holds a BA in Geography from Queen Mary University of London, obtained in 1996.
