Simon Callaghan

Simon Callaghan is a Partner at Peridot Partners Ltd, a role held since June 2013, where the focus is on delivering bespoke research-led recruitment solutions and leadership development programs primarily in the not-for-profit sector, guided by principles of honesty and transparency. Prior to this, Simon served as Business Manager for Fundraising Appointments and held roles as Senior Consultant and Consultant at Badenoch & Clark from August 2008 to May 2013. Simon completed a degree in Politics and International Relations with a 2:1 classification at the University of Reading from 2003 to 2006.
