Josh Rickel

Josh Rickel has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Josh began their career at Togga, where they served as an advisor for fantasy sports from 2014 to 2018. Josh then worked at Spredfast, an acquired company, where they held multiple positions including Vice President of Sales, Media & Entertainment, Vice President of Product Marketing, and Director of Sales and Business Development. In these roles, they played a key role in shaping product strategies and establishing partnerships with major media organizations.

In 2019, Josh Rickel joined Springdale Ventures as a Principal, focusing on partnering with founders to build sustainable brands. During this time, they also served as a board member for Naturally Austin and provided advisory support to Claimbot.

In 2020, they co-founded and served as the CEO of JobSiteCheck, a company dedicated to creating safe and healthy work environments by facilitating collaboration and transparency on job sites. Josh also became a seed investor for Agave Fund during this time.

In 2018, Josh Rickel became a partner at Notley, a company that combines for-profit and non-profit models to generate magnetic risk capital and maximize social good. Josh remained in this role until 2022.

Additionally, they have been actively involved in philanthropy and served as a board member for Philanthropitch.

Most recently, in 2022, Josh Rickel co-founded Perigon and took on the role of Co-Founder and COO.

Josh Rickel received their Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science/Communications Studies from Northwestern University, which they attended from 1997 to 2001. Josh then pursued a JD degree in Law at The George Washington University Law School, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006. Additionally, in 2000, Josh attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a brief period to study International Monetary Policy and EU/EEC Formation. However, it was not mentioned whether they obtained a degree from LSE.
