Angela Woods

Angela Woods, CHRP, has been with Perimeter Institute since August 2016, holding various HR roles including Manager, People and Culture Operations, and Senior Business Partner. Woods specializes in end-to-end HR support, employee benefits management, and strategic departmental partnerships. Responsibilities have included overseeing health benefit plans, administering the Group Pension plan, leading onboarding projects, and managing performance review tools. Prior experience includes consulting positions at V. Utton & Associates and contract roles at Waterloo Regional Police Service, focusing on process improvement, benefits administration, and job evaluation. A graduate of the University of Waterloo, Woods holds a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Human Resources Management.
