Shannon Horn

Shannon Horn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. From 1991 to 2019, Shannon worked at Perimeter Solutions, starting as the Airbase Services Director and later becoming the Business Director for North America Retardant & Services. In 2012, they joined Premier Sports Center as the Executive Director until 2019. Additionally, Shannon owned River City Fabrication LLC from 2008 to 2019. Shannon also served as the Chief Executive Officer at First Response Fire Rescue from 2002 to 2019.

Shannon Horn attended Palmdale High School from 1988 to 1992. Following high school, they pursued their education at Long Beach City College from 1992 to 1994, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. They then enrolled at Portland State University - School of Business from 1994 to 1996, focusing on Accounting and Finance.
