Liz Nies has extensive experience in the dental hygiene and consultancy field, currently serving as a DSO Liaison and Trainer at Perio Protect since January 2018, where responsibilities include assisting dental service organizations and practices in implementing the Perio Protect system. Nies has been a Certified Consultant at DrakeP3 Predictive Performance International since April 2012, focusing on improving hiring success within the dental profession. Previous roles include Director of Clinical Hygiene at Perfect Teeth, where coaching on communication and patient care protocols were prioritized, and various positions as a consultant, hygienist, and coach with EAN Solutions and Hygienefusion, among others. Nies also served as President of the Dental Hygienists' Association and earned a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from O'Hehir University and an Associate of Science from the University of Bridgeport.
