Gilad Kessler

Gilad Kessler has a diverse work experience in finance and accounting roles. Gilad started their career at EY in 2012, where they worked as an Accountant, providing audit and consultation services to SEC clients, private, and startup companies in the Hi-Tech and life science industries. Gilad also had experience in preparing corporate tax returns and was knowledgeable in US GAAP, Israeli GAAP, and IFRS. In 2015, they joined CASTRO as an Assistant Controller, responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements, annual tax reports, and implementing internal controls. In 2017, they moved to Ceragon Networks as a Controller, handling reporting requirements, intercompany issues, and financial responsibilities for subsidiaries worldwide. Currently, since October 2021, they are working at Perion Network as the Director of Finance, overseeing financial operations and previously serving as the Corporate Controller and Controller.

Gilad Kessler attended The College of Management Academic Studies from 2010 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting and Business/Management.
