Lior Zohar

Lior Zohar is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Currently serving as the Senior Director of FP&A at Perion Network since July 2024, Zohar previously held the position of Director of FP&A at Undertone by Perion from February 2023 to June 2024. Prior to these roles, Zohar was the VP of FP&A at SundaySky, playing a crucial role in budget strategy, cash flow forecasting, and incentive planning. Zohar also contributed to the establishment of KPIs and dashboard reporting and has experience from the foundational role of FP&A Manager, where key financial metrics were developed. Earlier in the career, Zohar served as a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG Israel, guiding audit teams in compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards. Lior Zohar holds an MBA in Financial Management from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
