Ruben Decancq

Ruben Decancq is an experienced professional currently serving as a Sales Enablement Manager at Peripass since August 2025, and as a Guest Lecturer on Sales Enablement at Ghent University since December 2020. With a robust background at Showpad from December 2015 to September 2025, including roles such as Sales Enablement & Training Manager, Ruben contributed to building a leading sales enablement platform while also focusing on revenue enablement and training. Prior experience includes business development roles at Velocitas and Flanders Investment & Trade, and volunteering for the European Procurement Forum. Ruben holds a Master of Science in General & Marketing Management from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from HOGENT, alongside additional educational experiences in international relations and languages.
