Rachel Roman

Rachel is a founding member of Periphas Capital and serves as the Office Manager.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked as an executive assistant at Goldman Sachs & Co. for almost 20 years. She began her career in the Human Resources Department in 1998 and transferred to the Merchant Banking Division in 2001, where she spent the rest of her time at the firm. Rachel assisted many high-level executives during her time at Goldman Sachs, most notably, Sanjeev Mehra since 2005.
