Kurtise Wilkes, PT, DPT, CMTPT is a highly experienced Doctor of Physical Therapy currently employed at LHC Group since February 2023 and at Select Rehabilitation and Medical Facilities of America since December 2021 and April 2021, respectively. In these roles, Kurtise specializes in conducting initial evaluations and developing evidence-based, patient-centered plans of care to enhance patient recovery. Additional experience includes serving as a Basketball Referee for NCAA, consulting as a physical therapist for Periscope, and prior roles at Aegis Therapies and Centra Health, where responsibilities included clinic operations and patient assessments. Kurtise holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University, complemented by a background in coaching basketball at the collegiate level.
