Mot Claudia Chang Pam, Otr/L

Claudia Chang, MOT, PAM, OTR/L, is an accomplished Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in diverse settings. Currently serving at AltaMed Health Services since October 2010 in a community-based and outpatient capacity, Claudia also works as an Independent Contractor and at Periscope since December 2019, providing occupational therapy in home health and adult day health care. Previous roles include work at the Center for the Partially Sighted focusing on low vision rehabilitation from 2011 to 2016, early intervention at Dynamic Therapy from 2005 to 2009, and a position at Queen of the Valley Hospital from May 2006 to February 2007. Claudia holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Human Occupation, both from Pacific University.
