Sarah Myers has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Sarah started their career in 2007 as a Human Resources Office Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where they organized and implemented the weekly University Farmers Market and performed various marketing and organizational activities. In 2009, they worked as a Marketing/Special Events Coordinator at the 3M Championship - Pro Links Sports, where they designed media guides and organized golf events.
In the same year, they also joined the University of Minnesota Gopher Sports Marketing as a Promotions Director - Assistant, where they directed game presentations, coordinated corporate sponsors, and produced cohesive events. Sarah continued their involvement with the university as an Event Support - Video & Scoreboard Operator, operating message board systems and implementing new technology and software at sporting events.
In 2010, they interned at the Minnesota Wild Foundation. From 2011 to 2015, they served as a Marketing Coordinator and later as an Associate Marketing Manager at The Event Group, Incorporated. Sarah was responsible for marketing coordination and management.
In 2016, Sarah expanded their experience by working at the Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC and U.S. Bank Stadium - SMG as part of their in-house production teams. Finally, in 2018, they joined Periscope as a Senior Project Manager, eventually becoming a Project Management Supervisor and a Group Project Manager.
Sarah Myers attended the University of Minnesota from 2005 to 2009 where they pursued an Inter College Program. During their time at the university, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing.
