Mike Galbraith

Mike Galbraith joined Periscope Capital in 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all operations and technology related matters at the firm. As part of his duties, Mr. Galbraith oversees all trade operations activities, manages the operations and development teams, and plays a lead role in advancing Periscope’s technological capabilities. Mr. Galbraith is also actively involved in the preparation of financial and regulatory reporting for the funds, provides oversight of the fund valuation process, and works closely with the investment team to provide investment analysis and reporting. Prior to joining Periscope, Mr. Galbraith worked as an Analyst with the Prime Brokerage Group at Scotia Capital. Mr. Galbraith earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA charterholder. Mr. Galbraith has also completed the Canadian Securities Course and Trader Training Course.
