Prior to this role, Jonathan was a Partner at companies including Roo Partners and True Search, where expertise in recruiting senior executives within the technology and healthcare sectors was cultivated. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked with a healthcare technology firm and at Deloitte, focusing on performance improvement initiatives for health systems. Jonathan holds an MBA from The George Washington University and is pursuing a BS in Economics and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with family in the Chicago suburbs.
