Jitendra Dalai

Jitendra Dalai has eight years of work experience in the software testing industry. In 2009, they began their career at Tata Consultancy Services as a Process Associate, where they were responsible for inward and outward billing, 1st, 2nd and 3rd rejection, and quality checks for the interline team. Jitendra also filled fares in the airline system and sent queries to clients daily. In 2012, they joined WNS Global Services as a Senior Process Associate, where they were responsible for fare quality control from GDS with their system, resolving exceptions of ARC & BSP, and balancing and weekly/fortnightly/monthly closing with their system. In 2013, they were promoted to Team Lead at Sutherland Global Services, where they were responsible for functional testing, API testing, GUI testing, regression testing, database testing, user interface testing, exploratory testing, system testing, smoke testing, and sanity testing. Jitendra also prepared test plans, developed test cases, and executed them based on user stories and requirements. In 2018, they joined Accelya Group as a Senior Engineer - Testing, where they were responsible for the same tasks as at Sutherland Global Services. In 2020, they joined Datamatics as a QA Automation Engineer, where they developed a hybrid test framework for SDC Application with the base framework of Morningstar and executed test scripts in Eclipse IDE using Selenium Webdriver with Java, TestNG and Maven. Jitendra also participated in sprint planning, daily standup, and retrospective meetings to get tasks for the current sprint. Finally, they joined Periscope-Tech in 2023 as a Senior QA Automation Engineer, where they developed TDD Framework for R1 Project Application and executed test scripts in Eclipse IDE using Selenium WebDriver with Java, TestNG and Maven. Jitendra also developed Rest Assured Framework for R1 Project API's and executed test scripts in Eclipse IDE using Java, TestNG and Maven.

Jitendra Dalai completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting from Mumbai University in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their HSC in Commerce from the Central Board of Secondary Education in 2005 and their SSC from the Central Board of Secondary Education in 2003.
