Chris Moodhe has had a long and varied career in market research. Chris began their career in 2006 as a Research Associate at Wilkin Guge Marketing, where they designed and conducted surveys for businesses in many different industries. In 2008, they moved to Guitar Center, where they created the consumer research department and built and managed 3 proprietary consumer panels. In 2012, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Marketing Research Manager and led multi-million dollar initiatives to drive the modernization and effectiveness of Anthem's market research program. In 2013, they co-founded Anova Market Research, where they built a small but powerful market research LLC that consistently delivered 6 figure revenues. In 2016, they moved to Sam's Club as a Senior Manager II, Insights Partner, where they completely overhauled the way Sam's Club collects and acts on insights. In 2018, they joined Ubik Group as a Cx Consultant - American Express, where they updated the American Express digital insights program and deployed digital experience tracking studies in 20+ countries. Most recently, in 2019, they joined WorldatWork as Director, Research and Insights, where they implemented comprehensive journey measurement surveys, increasing the value of being a WorldatWork member by developing new research products and identifying topics most relevant to member needs. Chris is currently the Chief Executive Officer of PeriscopeIQ.

Chris Moodhe holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, Marketing from the same institution. Chris also holds a Medallia Operational CEM certification from Medallia.
