Lindsay Antonious, MPH, has over 10 years of professional work experience. In 2005, they began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Comforce, where they managed time management, invoicing, and vendor payment for more than 10 health systems. Lindsay also recovered more than $10k of accounts receivable discrepancies and developed onboarding tools, processes, and structures. In 2009, they became a Match Support Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of DeKalb County, where they recruited, placed, trained, and maintained more than 60 volunteers and child members. Lindsay conducted interviews to determine eligibility and assess sustainability for program participation, and also led orientation and trainings. In 2011, they were a Grant Writer at the Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health, where they researched, wrote, and coordinated the grant application process. Lindsay managed proposals and compliance, and maintained donor databases. In 2012, they were a Development Coordinator at the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, where they supported the planning and execution of fundraising efforts, including events, corporate sponsorship, and maintaining active state charity licenses. Lindsay also produced financial reports and records for annual publications and coordinated the e-Newsletter. In 2013, they became a Research and Evaluation Analyst at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials, where they interviewed 10% of all U.S. state health agencies to produce case studies, issue briefs, and webinars. In 2016, they were a Project Manager at Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG), where they drove and developed workplans and team timelines for all aspects of Government contract tasks. Lindsay also recruited 40% of hospitals into feasibility study for national survey roll-out and designed the website homepage in collaboration with the Creative Team. In 2018, they were a Research and Operations Director at Vitae Sports & Entertainment. In 2020, they were a Consultant at SGNL Solutions. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Periscopeiq, where they lead a team in content and market research. Since joining, project turnaround times have reduced by 50%, new partnerships/sponsors have increased, and cost containment strategies have increased department revenue by 10%.

Lindsay Antonious, MPH obtained their Master of Public Health from Northern Illinois University in 2012, majoring in Health Promotion. Lindsay also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Northern Illinois University in 2009. In 2012, they obtained their Certified Health Education Specialist certification from the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
