Yiran Ruan

Yiran Ruan has work experience starting in 2017 as an Intern Statistician at Digital China. From 2018, Yiran worked as a Data Analyst Intern at the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2019, Yiran became a Graduate Consultant - Capstone Project at Black & Decker and later joined PeriShip as a Data Engineer, where they managed and led projects related to customer analytics and report automation. Yiran also designed, developed, and maintained analytical dashboards and reports using Tableau, automating the report sending process through Tableau Server REST API.

Yiran Ruan holds a Master's degree in Business Analysis and Project Management, which was obtained from the University of Connecticut between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, Yiran completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology, both obtained from Temple University, from 2012 to 2017. In addition, Yiran received the Tableau Desktop Specialist certification from Tableau Software in January 2019.
