Jace Goodier

Jace Goodier currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations at Perk, where responsibilities include leading strategic planning, operational design, and M&A integration to ensure efficient scaling of the business. Previously, Jace worked at Deloitte from 2014 to 2022, advancing from Summer Associate to Senior Director, Head of BizOps, and Head of Integrations. In these roles, Jace advised executive clients on strategic issues, managed high-value M&A transactions, and developed operational models within the Life Science, Healthcare, and Consumer sectors. Jace's early career includes positions at Teach For America and Cherry Hill Elementary School, where contributions focused on operational improvements and educational curriculum development. Jace holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Certificate in Elementary Education from The Johns Hopkins University, and both an MS in Finance and a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
