Anthony Davie has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. In 2020, they became the Chief Executive Officer of PERKii Targeted Release Probiotics, a foodtech start-up from the University of Queensland. Anthony also became a Non Executive Director of Next Wave Brewing Co. and a Board Member of Allamanda Austistic Adult Accomodation Association. From 2017 to 2020, they were the CEO of Sabrands Group and a Non Executive Director of Sample Brew. From 2015 to 2017, they were the General Manager of Merchandise Coles Liquor at Coles. In 2014, they were an Advisory Board Member of Barossa Valley Brewing. From 2011 to 2015, they were the Managing Director of Asia at Treasury Wine Estates and from 1998 to 2011, they were the Managing Director of Asia, Pacific and New Zealand and the Managing Director of Australia, Asia Pacific at Foster's Group. Anthony was also the Director of UK and Ireland at Beringer Blass Wine Estates and the Director of Cellarmaster Europe and General Manager of Australiasia at Cellarmasters. Lastly, from 1994 to 1998, they were the Director of Business Development at Kellogg Australia.
Anthony Davie attended the GIACD, the American Graduate School for International Management in Arizona USA, Griffith University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with Honors, and the Anglican Church Grammar School (Churchie) in Brisbane QLD.
