Heather Sager

Heather Sager is a highly experienced labor and employment attorney, currently serving as the Firmwide Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group at Perkins Coie since September 2019. In this role, Heather leads the San Francisco-based practice, focusing on complex wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, traditional labor matters, workplace training, and compliance audits. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Heather was a Shareholder and Office Managing Partner at Vedder Price, where Heather played a key role in establishing and growing the firm's most profitable California office. Heather has also held positions at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Carlton DiSante & Freudenberger LLP, and Jackson Lewis, developing a strong foundation in labor and employment law. Heather holds a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. in English from Wake Forest University.
