Linda Thompson has over 30 years of work experience. Linda is currently the Head of Marketing Technology at Perkins Coie LLP, where they have been since 2016. In this role, they manage the Salesforce platform and development lifecycle. Prior to this, they were a Senior Marketing Technology Manager at Perkins Coie LLP, where they also managed the Salesforce platform and led the Foundation Knowledge Management application teams.

Before joining Perkins Coie LLP, Linda worked at Russell Investments for over 20 years. Linda held various roles, including Program/Product Manager, Business Intelligence Manager, Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager, and Associate Accountant. In these positions, they were responsible for managing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce CRM platforms globally, developing and implementing product roadmaps, facilitating project meetings, and representing business interests to IT.

Linda's early work experience includes a role as an Accountant at the University of Puget Sound. Overall, they have a strong background in marketing technology, CRM, project management, and finance.

Linda Thompson attended Pierce College from 1981 to 1983, where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences. Linda then attended Tacoma Community College from 1991 to 1993, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Linda also holds additional certifications, including Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce in 2018 and Microsoft CRMUG Black Belt from Microsoft in 2015. Linda is also a member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA).
