Rafeedah Keys, MBA (she/her), has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Rafeedah recently held the role of Head of Privacy & Tech Practice Marketing at Perkins Coie LLP, where they were responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies. Prior to that, they were a Senior Marketing Manager at the same company. Rafeedah also worked as a Business Development, Client Relations and Marketing Manager at Perkins Coie LLP for five years. Outside of this role, they were actively involved in the Legal Marketing Association, serving as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Task Force, as well as the co-chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Special Interest Group (SIG).

Before joining Perkins Coie LLP, Rafeedah operated their own business as an Online Marketing Consultant at RK Digital Design Group. Rafeedah provided professional marketing services to clients. In addition, they gained experience as a Regional Marketing Coordinator - Western U.S. at McGuireWoods and as the SoCal Chapter President - Pro Bono Marketing & Volunteer Coordinator at Somaly Mam Foundation.

Earlier in their career, Rafeedah worked as a Junior Paralegal/Legal Assistant at McGuireWoods LLP, an Office Administrator at the Law Offices of Eric N. Lindquist, and a Paralegal/Billing Specialist at Cohen & Gordon, LLP. Rafeedah also served as a Drop-out Prevention Specialist & High Risk Case Manager at Highline School District - Tyee High School.

Rafeedah Keys, MBA (she/her) has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business from the University of London. Rafeedah also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law & Society (graduated with distinction) from Penn State University. Rafeedah has a Certificate in Product and Service Design from Cornell University. In 2020, they obtained a Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership (WEL) Certificate from the University of Washington. Currently, Rafeedah is pursuing an Executive Certification in Diversity Coaching from Howard University/CoachDiversity Institute, specializing as an Associate Diversity Coach.
