Rebekkah Emerson

Rebekkah Emerson is a Corporate & Securities Associate at Perkins Coie LLP, a position held since September 2019, having previously completed a Summer Associate role at the same firm in 2018. Rebekkah served as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs in early 2019 and gained valuable experience as a Paralegal Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in mid-2015. Prior to a legal career, Rebekkah was a musician, working as a guitarist and vocalist for Billy Ray Cyrus from 2013 to 2016, and also took on roles as an artist manager, producer, and audio engineer in music production from 2006 to 2015. Rebekkah holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba.
