Flora Breeden is the National Catering Director at Perkins. Flora has been in the foodservice industry for over 20 years, starting as a Retail Manager at ARAMARK. Flora then became an Assistant Director of Dining Services at Chartwells and eventually rose to the position of Sr. Foodservice Director at Perkins Management Services Company. In their current role as National Catering Director, they are responsible for overseeing all catering operations for Perkins locations across the country. Flora is a highly experienced and respected leader in the foodservice industry, and their passion for delivering outstanding customer service is evident in all that they do.
