Chapman Stemberg founded, ran and sold a manufacturing company from 1986-2000 and then co-founded a specialty retail chain in 2001, both in Toronto. Now based in Boston, Chapman Stemberg is active on many committees and events in the city, serving as co-chair of the Corporation. Perkins School for the Blind; trustee at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum; overseer, Boston Symphony Orchestra; member, MGH Presidents Council; and trustee, Thomas G. Stemberg Charitable Foundation. She is a graduate of Trinity College at the University of Toronto and got her M.B.A. at the Richard Ivey School of Business.
