Nicole Howe

Nicole Howe, SPHR, currently serves as Talent Manager at Perkins&Will since April 2018, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, coaching, benefits interpretation, performance management, and compensation. Previously, Nicole was a Senior Human Resources Generalist at HighTower from November 2009 to March 2018, where professional HR support was provided to multiple financial services offices nationwide. Between 2006 and 2009, Nicole worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Investco Financial Corporation, managing various HR functions for a commercial real estate company with over 250 employees. Nicole's career began as an Executive Assistant at NRD Holdings, LLC from 2004 to 2006, supporting the Vice President of Operations in a multi-restaurant franchisee environment. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Human Resources from Bellevue University.
