Bryan Churchey has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of lacrosse coaching and teaching. Bryan co-founded and served as the Co-Director of Black Bear North L.C., a division of Black Bear Lacrosse LLC. Bryan also worked as a Head Boys Lacrosse Coach at Perkiomen Valley School District, overseeing all off-season programs and developing the team's strategic plan. Additionally, they served as a substitute teacher in various subjects and grade levels at Perkiomen Valley School District. Bryan worked as a Director of Off-Season Player Development at Black Bear LAX, LLC, where they coordinated lacrosse training sessions for players of different levels. Bryan also worked as a Student Teacher at Norristown Area School District, teaching U.S. History and assisting with law classes. Other roles included being a Graduate Assistant at Cabrini College and volunteering in administrative positions for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and Marcy Toepel's Office.

Bryan Churchey attended Perkiomen Valley High School from 2003 to 2007. Bryan then pursued their higher education at Cabrini University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and History. Bryan studied at Cabrini University from 2007 to 2011.
