Katie Dawson

Katie Dawson is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and talent management. Currently serving as Head of Talent at Perle since January 2025, Katie previously held the same position at Jolly and served as Head of Business Recruiting at Dandy, where oversight included multiple domains such as Finance & Accounting and IT. Prior experiences include an Executive Recruiter role at The Adecco Group and Premium Sales and Service at the New York Yankees. Katie holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies and Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
