Ashleigh Otter

Ashleigh Otter is the current VP of People & Operations at Perlego. Prior to this, they were the COO of Chosen AI, which was acquired by The Big Search. Ashleigh was part of the founding team at Chosen AI and was responsible for business development, operations, and product. Prior to Chosen AI, Ashleigh worked as an Accelerator Program Manager at Founders Factory Ltd., where they were the central point of contact for 30+ startups between the Pre-Seed - Series A stages. Ashleigh has also worked in Business Development & Operations at Inception XR.

Their manager is Gauthier Van Malderen, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with William Lockie - VP, Marketing, Matthew Jones - VP, Content Acquisition & Strategy, and Cristina Palamini - VP, Product.
