Karl Wind

Karl Wind has extensive work experience in various sales and customer service roles. Karl began their career at Tecno Zug AG in 2002 as a Customer Service representative, where they stayed until 2005. Karl then worked at Trichema AG as a Sales Logistics Coordinator for a brief period in 2005. Karl then joined Polar Electro Oy in 2007 in a Reparatur position before moving on to Bourns AG as an Inside Sales Representative later that year. In 2009, Karl started working at Perlen Packaging, initially as an Area Sales Manager before being promoted to Regional Sales Director in 2014. Karl is responsible for the South European Market and leads a team of five people, handling a turnover of around 80 Mio EUR. Karl also took a sabbatical from 2006 to 2007, during which they traveled to various countries including Australia, France, and Mexico.

Karl Wind's education history begins with a Kaufmännische Lehre (administrative apprenticeship) at Siemens Building Technologies from 1997 to 2000. Karl then pursued Berufsmaturität (Professional Maturity) at KBZ Kaufmännisches Bildungszentrum Luzern from 2000 to 2001. Karl continued their education at GET Marketing und Kaderschule Zug, where they completed a program in Verkaufskoordinator (Sales Coordinator) from 2003 to 2004. Later, from 2012 to 2013, Karl attended GET Marketing und Kaderschule and obtained a degree in Eidg. dipl. Betriebswirtschafter (Federal Diploma in Business Administration). Most recently, in 2020, they completed a course in Winning Sustainability Strategies at IMD.
