Melanie Matt

Melanie Matt has extensive sales and leadership experience in the packaging industry. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as a Sales Manager at Amcor Flexibles Singen GmbH. Melanie then joined Perlen Packaging in 2013, starting as an Area Sales Manager before being promoted to Regional Sales Director. In their current role, Melanie leads a team of four people and oversees the European market for the company. Their focus is on the pharmaceutical and neutraceutical industry, ensuring that the packaging films meet the specific requirements of this sector.

Melanie Matt completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (BWL) from Duale Hochschule BW, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Packaging Technology at the International Packaging Institute.
