Paul D'Adamo

Paul D'Adamo currently serves as the Sales Director for North America at Perlen Packaging, leading sales activities and managing a team of Area Sales Managers, Distributors, and Agents since November 2023. Prior to this role, D'Adamo was the Vice President of Sales for North America at Industrial Labels Holdings Corporation, where a comprehensive restructuring of the sales organization was executed alongside improvements in sales performance through various strategic initiatives. D'Adamo also held roles at Schreiner Group, including Senior Director of Sales & Marketing, and at Stericycle, where a turnaround of an underperforming region was achieved under D'Adamo's strategic leadership. Earlier experience includes serving as Account Executive at Standard Register, delivering customized solutions to Fortune 1000 companies. D'Adamo holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Hofstra University and an MBA from Pace University - Lubin School of Business.
