David is the Director of Operations for PCCI Florida, i5 Fiber, and State Certified as an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor. He has 20 years of experience working in the Technology and Construction fields. David has extensive experience with complex design, engineering, implementation, and project management in many fields. Notable fields include low voltage data, security, fiberoptics, military communications upgrades, underground infrastructure, and general construction. Additionally, David is State Certified as an Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor.
