Lacey Sheng 盛晴 currently serves as the Manager of Analytics and Informatics, Program Lead for Informatics and Quality, and Performance Improvement Consultant at Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre and Foundation since March 2016. Additionally, Lacey has been working as a Realtor with Sutton Group Ottawa Realty since August 2021. Lacey Sheng's educational background includes a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting and Advanced Professional Accounting from York University School of Continuing Studies (2021-2025), a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa (2014-2015), and a Master’s degree in Integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (2006-2013).
