Paula Norton is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Perley Health since November 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks and collaborating on strategic initiatives. Previously, Paula held roles at Perley Health as a Human Resources Specialist and Coordinator in Nursing Administration, managing onboarding and staffing coordination. Paula has extensive scheduling experience, having worked as a Staffing Clerk at Queensway Carleton Hospital and as a Staff Scheduler at both Almonte General Hospital and Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital. Additional experience includes administrative support positions at Arnprior Aerospace Inc., CCP REMEDIAL, and The Town of Arnprior. Paula is pursuing further education in Executive Administration at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
