Elissa Looney

Director Of Strategic Initiatives at Perlo Construction

Elissa Looney's work experience includes being a Co-Owner at Corral Creek Dog Sport Center, where they are responsible for organizing and maintaining the facility and events. Elissa has also worked at Perlo Construction, starting as a Project Manager and progressing to various managerial roles, including Senior Manager, Special Projects Group and Director of Strategic Initiatives. In these roles, they focused on internal strategic projects, DEI efforts, training program creation, safety initiatives, and department improvement initiatives. Additionally, Elissa was a Senior Manager at the Healthcare Services Department, driving forward Perlo's goals in the healthcare industry. Elissa was also a Manager and Project Manager for the Special Projects Division at Perlo Construction. In 2021, they co-hosted the Canine High Jinks podcast, and prior to that, they served as a Student Coordinator at the UM Center for Leadership Development.

Elissa Looney attended the University of Montana from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In 2007, they also briefly studied at Salzburg College, focusing on Business and German.
