Kathy Ohannessian

Kathy Ohannessian has extensive experience in project management and business ownership. Currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at Perlo Construction since January 2019, Kathy has previously held roles including Project Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at SLS Custom Homes. In addition to construction management, Kathy has been a Business Owner in the beauty industry since March 2015, operating a salon and prior to that, led Mediterranean Gourmet, Inc., a food production company, from 1996 to 2007. Kathy's leadership experience is also highlighted through roles as Chairperson of the Cipole Commercial Condominium Center Association and as a Board Member for MS&K Enterprises, LLC. Kathy holds an Associate Degree in Cosmetology and Business from Mt. Hood Community College.
