Erika Mosquera Jaramillo

Erika Mosquera Jaramillo has worked in a variety of roles since 2000. Erika began their career as Quality Assurance Manager at La Industria Harinera SA, where they implemented a Quality Control System for Wheat flour, pre-mixes for baking and cookies plants, and directed R&D and the implementation of 30 new products and start up fabrication process. In 2013, they took on the role of Virtual R&D - Technical Manager at Lifemphasis. Since 2020, they have been employed by Perma Pure LLC, where they have held the roles of Quality Engineering Technician, QC Technician II, and ME Assembler. In their current role, they are responsible for measurement and analysis activities, including the creation and verification of Inspection methods, programs, Quality Plans, CAPA, PFMEAs, dock stock status, and work instructions. Erika also leads NCR and investigations, and conducts formal CAPA investigations.

Erika Mosquera Jaramillo holds a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity Systems from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained between 2012 and 2014. Erika also holds an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Escuela Politécnica Nacional, which they obtained between 1995 and 1999. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LinkedIn: "Managing Your Anxiety While Presenting" in November 2022, and "Having Powerful, Advanced Conversations" in August 2022.
