Bill Jirsa has a long history of work experience in the sales and customer service industries. Bill began their career in 1995 at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, working their way up from a Management Trainee to an Assistant Manager. In 2003, they moved to Enterprise Truck Rental, where they held the roles of Branch Rental Manager and Area Truck Rental Manager. In 2017, they joined Perma-Seal Basement Systems as a Sales Program Manager and Customer Experience Manager, where they were responsible for planning and coordinating activities related to Sales, managing customer escalations, ensuring lead accuracy and KPI report managing, and creating and delivering training presentations for existing and new employees. Bill also served as a Customer Care Manager, leading, developing, caring for and inspiring a team of customer care specialists, monitoring staff engagement, providing a remarkable customer experience to internal and external customers, and leading group and individual training on a weekly basis.
Bill Jirsa received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Illinois Chicago in 1995, having studied Management from 1991 to 1995.
