Victor Fillon is currently the Directeur des opérations at Permacon, a CRH company. Previously, Victor has experience in various roles such as Responsable de la performance des opérations at Ficodis, Implantation d’entrepot at Ficodis, and Conditionnement at SNR Roulements - NTN Corporation. Victor has also worked in different positions including Facteur at Le Groupe La Poste, Vendeur at CHAMPION, and Ouvrier sur chaîne at LA GERBE SAVOYARDE, Media Post, and Chronopost. Victor is currently pursuing their education at Polytechnique Montréal with a degree in Baccalauréat, Sciences de l'ingénieur after completing their studies at Lycée saint Michel Annecy.
