Paul Behr

Paul Behr is a technology executive and entrepreneur. They currently serve as Managing Director at Wiza Technology (2023–Present) and as Founder of Permaconn (2021–Present). They previously led FSK Electronics SA as Managing Director (1985–1998) and were CEO/Founder of Permaconn / Radio Data Communications (1999–2021). They founded Permaconn in 1999, building Australia's first monitored signaling system using GPRS technology, and established the Radio Data Comms brand known for innovation in the security industry with solutions operating on GPRS, 3G and IP networks. The Permaconn venture introduced dual-SIM redundancy to achieve an uptime of 99.99% required for Australian Standards.
