Tom Southern is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Group Operations Chef at Permanently Unique Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Head Chef at Tattu Restaurants from June 2019 to October 2021, and earlier at Jamie Oliver Restaurants from June 2015 to June 2019, where multiple roles were undertaken including Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, Opening Chef, and Chef De Partie. Additionally, Tom was the Catering Team Leader at The Jamie Oliver Group for a brief period in June 2018.
