Dorojatun Hidayat

Dorojatun Hidayat possesses extensive experience in strategic initiatives and project management within the banking and insurance sectors. Currently serving at PermataBank in IT Digital Delivery since December 2022, Dorojatun previously contributed to Maybank in IT Corporate Services from August 2019 to March 2023, and led HR project management at AIA from November 2018 to August 2019. Notable accomplishments include driving Project Optimus to enhance HR processes and successfully implementing systems for employee management at Allianz Life Indonesia, where Dorojatun held various roles from 2011 to 2018, including Human Resources Project Manager.
