John Hendriko

John Hendriko currently serves as the Head of IT Digital Engineering & Operations at PermataBank, a position held since November 2020, where responsibilities include IT infrastructure operational and planning management to support business growth. Prior to this role, John held the position of IT Networks Leader at PT Bank BTPN Tbk from February 2019 to November 2020, focusing on managing network system infrastructure and participating in a bank merger project. Additionally, John worked as Manager of IT Operation at Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia from August 2008 to November 2020, overseeing the deployment and maintenance of data center infrastructure, security system implementation, and compliance reporting. John holds a degree from BINUS University, completing studies between 1995 and 1999.
