Scott Turner

Scott Turner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental and biological consulting. As the Principal Owner of Permian since 2017 and an Expert Witness at Permian Environmental since 2018, Scott has demonstrated leadership in the field. Additionally, Scott has been the Owner of Turner Environmental Resources (TER) since 2017 and previously owned Turner Biological Consulting from 1995 until May 2017. Scott holds a Bachelor's of Science, a Master's of Science, and a Master's of Education in Biology from Sul Ross State University, where studies were completed between 1981 and 1987.
